This policy explains what LightXtreme VPN collects when you use our website, apps and services, how that information is used, and how you can manage your own data. Our first rule of 'reliable and secure' starts with data: we do not collect what we do not need, and we never resell it. 1. What Information Is Collected
Account and subscription details
When you register or buy a plan we collect your email address, order and payment records, device count and plan expiry date, used for account identification, service activation and support.
Client connection data
To keep connections stable and troubleshoot faults, the client generates temporary connection logs such as node ID, connection time and error codes. They contain no browsing content, passwords or history, and are never used to build a profile of what you visit.
Website traffic data
When you browse the site we receive technical data such as browser, device model, language, referrer and time of visit, used for traffic counts and page performance. We use a third-party analytics script that may set cookies; you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
2. What We Do With It
Collected information is used only to: activate and maintain your subscription, run encrypted connections and protect connection quality, handle refunds and support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the product and website.
Unless required by law, explicitly authorised by you, or needed to complete a payment you initiated, we never sell your personal information and never use it for advertising profiles or marketing lists.
3. Parties We Work With
To process subscription payments we integrate payment channels such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, credit cards, PayPal, Google Play and Stripe; information you submit during payment is handled by the relevant provider under its own privacy rules. To keep the service available, the client connects to the location nodes we operate, your traffic travels through an encrypted tunnel, and node operators never read the content you access.
Data transmission security
LightXtreme VPN uses Shadowsocks, Vless and WireGuard encryption protocols with algorithms such as AES-256-GCM to protect data in transit. Account actions between the website and the client are likewise transmitted over HTTPS.
4. How Long Data Is Kept
Account and subscription details are kept for the duration of the service and for a limited period after expiry, for support and compliance needs; connection logs are retained only briefly for troubleshooting. You can contact our service email to request an export, correction or deletion of the personal information linked to your account, and once an account is closed the related data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
Protection for minors
The service is intended for adults. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, please read this policy with a guardian and use the service only with their consent.
